Tale of Two Cities Lecture Notes

-Came about because CITY OF LONDON FESTIVAL, project to take London students to Paris and French students to come to London. Look at London & Paris. 
-3rd city involved Manchester 
-Tale Of 2 Cities, came about acting in the drama "Frozen Deep" (1857) with friend 
-personal intensity of the power of this work 
-Names/Characters of Tale of 2 Cities inspired Dickens from Frozen Deep
-Public readings on magazine for profit of the first of Tale of 2 Cites 
-London as a 10 year old boy moved there, prosperity, maze, labrinth
-Paris, half size of London
